Anvaya is the execution and traceability layer of the production portfolio. Where Niyojan plans the network and Sankalp replans it under disruption, Anvaya governs what actually happened on the floor: it schedules and tracks each order, records the genealogy of every unit built, and lets a quality team walk that lineage in either direction. During a recall it turns we think it is fine into we know exactly what is fine.
